The Rhyming Theater workshop
Age group 4 to 8 with at least some command of French - from 9 o&rsquoclock till 9:50 on Saturday mornings at the French school will introduce the children to a fun-filled enactment of famous French rhymes and songs in view of a short performance before their parents (or more if they feel up to it!).
The Photo - mini reporter workshop
Age group 8+ with good command of French - end of French primary school level - from 9 o'clock till 9:50 on Saturday mornings at the French school will examine how newspapers and magazine are put together, in French, the vocabulary and role of pictures, and the students will chose subjects to create a "newsletter" or "newszine" with descriptions and opinions, plus illustrations of their own, under the guidance of teacher Eric.
The Knitting art
Age group 8+ with fair command of French - introduced by our teacher Gabrielle will run simultaneously in another room. She will teach different ways of knitting, and put together an exercice book with descriptions in French, and the students, helped by the teacher, may achieve their own creation from a variety of models (bags, garments, house decoration and more).
The Theater and text group
Age group 10+ with very confident command of French, end of primary school or middle school level. The Theater and text group will be looking at how to read aloud, memorize and interpret texts from French theater authors and know their most famous works through text and multimedia. It will be on Saturday afternoons 13:30-15 hrs south-east of Chaoyang Park.
Holiday camp
Holiday camp in France with riding + classes in French for children aged 9 to 15 years old (July-August)
During the months of July and August, in one of the most beautiful French areas, which has obtained the label Biovalley, 5hrs travel from Paris (by TGV+ train or SNCF coach) two weeks of sports & study holidays in synergy with a well known Summer camp. Furthermore, 25hrs French classes + initiation to multimedia + swimming, outings (parkland, museums, art galleries, nougat manufacture), games, cinema or French song evenings.
Children shall be met at the CDG airport on arrival and escorted on all transfers in France. Details and fee : contact with us.
